Tanzania: Funding That Rewards Impact
In Tanzania, there are local small and medium-sized enterprises that can make an important contribution to sustainable agriculture and climate protection. However, they often have difficulty obtaining affordable financing. The SDC and its partners are therefore testing an approach in which verifiable social and climate progress improves financing terms. This allows both the local economy and climate protection to be strengthened at the same time.
