FAQ
The 5th edition of the IC Forum will take place over two days, 26 and 27 February 2026, at the Geneva International Conference Centre (CICG). FAQs about the event can be found on this page.

Please note that the registration for the event will be open from January 2026. All participants must register to participate online or onsite.

CH – 1202 GenevaYou have several possibilities to reach us from the Jet d'eau:
- Bus 8: 15 minutes. Departing from “Métropole” and getting off at the stop “Nations”
- By taxi: Around 10 minutes (depending on traffic)
- On foot: About 45 minutes
You will need on average 10 minutes to get from the Gare Cornavin to the CICG with one of the following three possibilities:
- Bus 5: Departing from the “Gare Cornavin” and getting off at the stop “Vermont”
- Bus 8: Departing from the “Gare Cornavin” and getting off at the stop “Nations”
- Tram 15: Departing from the “Gare Cornavin” and getting off at the stop “Nations”
- On foot: Around 20 minutes
Whether you are coming by public transport or by taxi, you will need around 15 minutes to reach the CICG from Geneva International Airport.
- Bus 5: Departing from the airport and getting off at the stop “Motta”
- By taxi: Around 15 minutes (depending on traffic)
All participants are invited to the reception on the evening of 26 February 2026 and to the networking lunch on 27 February 2026.
Various restaurants and take-away options are available nearby.
The IC Forum will be a hybrid event.
Kindly note that all participants will have to organize their own travel, accommodation and visa requirements. The IC Forum will not take any responsibility to arrange any personal travel arrangements. No invitation letter can be provided.

All IC Forum Switzerland 2026 events are free of charge.
All streaming links will be published on the IC Forum website, and additional tools will be embedded in the browser.
Simultaneous translation in English, French and German will be provided.
The CICG is designed to be accessible. The entire IC Forum can be reached via lifts and ramps, and accessible toilets are available.
- Sign language interpretation: Upon request, we can arrange sign language interpreters for plenary sessions or other relevant programme points.
- On-site support: Our team is available to assist if needed.
- Digital accessibility: All digital materials and media, including the conference platform and presentations, are accessible. Websites and programmes are designed to be as user-friendly as possible.
- Individual needs: You can indicate specific requirements or support needs in the registration form. Our team will do its best to accommodate them.
