Producer and Import Price Index remained stable in July
Neuchâtel, 15.8.2024 - The Producer and Import Price Index remained unchanged in July 2024 compared with the previous month. The index stood at 107.2 points (December 2020 = 100). Higher prices were observed for petroleum products in particular. On the other hand, watches and non-ferrous metals and products made therefrom became cheaper. Compared with July 2023, the price level of the whole range of domestic and imported products fell by 1.7%. These are the results from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
