E-learning course on project cycle management
Results-based management and its application at the project level is a core competence of SDC employees. The e-learning course on PCMi (Project Cycle Management interactive) has been extensively updated as part of the training mandate of the SDC’s Quality Assurance and Internal Digitalisation section together with NADEL (ETH Zurich) and other partners. The course is open to anyone and consists of a series of modules that provide international cooperation professionals with in-depth knowledge about results-based project cycle management. The course also includes a detailed overview of concepts, methods and tools for project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
