Humanitarian support as part of the Gaza Peace Plan
Switzerland has increased humanitarian support as part of the Gaza Peace Plan, providing additional funding for emergency aid, child protection, medical services, and the strengthening of Palestinian institutions amid a fragile ceasefire and worsening humanitarian conditions. The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation works with partners like the UN, ICRC, and UNICEF to deliver assistance while promoting dialogue and a two-state solution. Switzerland also calls for permanent ceasefire efforts, improved humanitarian access, and compliance with international humanitarian law by all parties.
